b2 >b2 installation. Arrrgggh. Hours later and the problem is that the installation instructions for B2 are incomplete. You have to go into the mysql administrator and create a database called b2 and then it all works. Doesn’t mention this in the installation and you only get a cryptic “undefined database” message.
