VAIO TX610P/B Notebook (Sony-VGNTX610PB) – PriceGrabber.com. Bill and Jon were asking me about laptops to buy, For the mobile road warrior, I have to say the new TX610 is pretty much the dream. About $2K, but the main thing is incredibly light at 2.7 pounds and the battery life is really six hours.
It is the smallest notebook I’ve found with a true DVD in it. So it isn’t like the IBM X50 for instance that is smaller but doesn’t have an optical drive
